Report an Absence

***Absences will be updated in FOCUS as they are able to be received and processed.  Please note, there may be an extended delay as our staff works through all of the messages.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.***

When reporting an Absence, please ensure all the information below is provided in the email report you send:

1. Student first and last name

2. Parent/Guardian name and contact number

3. Date(s) of absence

4. Reason for absence
